Kudos to Flint Mayor Don "McGruff" Williamson for opening the Flint City Jail 24/7! Hopefully this will deter some would be criminals as they will no longer "pass go" but will "go directly to jail" if apprehended. Albeit for perhaps only 72 hours.
This is a big step in the right direction!
